Religious education for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing children who are 9 years old and older: It is a 2 year program preparing children for first Holy Communion at:
PS 347 — School for the Deaf (Manhattan) – Wednesdays 1:30 – 2:30
St. Elizabeth Catholic Deaf Church — 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month 12:30 – 1:30 followed by Mass at 2:00
— 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays, 1:30 – 2:30 followed by Mass at 3:00
Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, White Plains –4th Sunday of the month: Mass at 2:00, followed by religious instructions 3:00 – 4:00
Religious Education for Deaf Adults:
Classes in the Catholic faith on first and third Sundays each month at 1:00
Preparation for baptism, first holy communion, and confirmation
Training for eucharistic ministers
Classes for Deaf parents before the baptism of their children
Special class on Religion on the third Sunday of each month at 3:00
