Catholic Deaf Center is established for the purpose of serving the Catholic Deaf Community in the
northern counties of the Archdiocese of New York, Sullivan, Ulster,
Dutchess, Orange and Putnam. Our mission is to
proclaim the Gospel to Deaf persons through spiritual, social and
catechetical programs.
