Activities: Church Council is made up of
Deaf and hearing persons and provides guidance for the
programs
of the Church Tuesday Club for Deaf Senior Citizens
meets every Tuesday from 9:30 to 3:30. Puerto Rican Society for the Catholic
Deaf: Business meetings on the
3rd Friday of every month at 7:00 Social affairs on the 1st
Saturday of every month from 1:00 to 5:00 YDAC-Young Deaf Adult Club is a group of
Deaf parents from the church who meet monthly to plan activities for their children and
families.
International Catholic Deaf Association,
Chapter 11, has meetings and social affairs on the
3rd Saturday of every
month. St. Joseph's School for the Deaf
Alumni Association has meetings and social affairs as
needed. NYC Deaf/HH Parents Association (PO Box 20293
Bklyn, NY 11201) meets from time to time to support children, parents and senior
citizens.

promote their program. Black Deaf Advocates meet as
needed to develop programs and various activities. Private celebrations by Deaf persons for
birthdays, anniversaries,
