A reading from St. Paul’s letter to Romans. Romans 8: 28-30
Brothers and sisters: We know in everything God works for the good of all that love Him. God chose those people because that was his plan. God chose those people long ago, before he created the world. And God decided that those people would become true images of his Son, so that his Son would be the eldest of many brothers in God’s family. God was just and fair with the people that he chose and he shared his glory with them.
