A reading from the first letter of Paul to Thessalonians. Thessalonians 4:13-18
Brothers and sisters: We want you to know the truth about people that have died, so that you will not be very sad, like those people that think there is no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again. We believe it will be the same for those that have died. If they believed in Jesus, God will bring them to be with him.
